My Project
My students actively work with chemicals and other materials that can hurt or irritate their eyes if exposed. They observe the properties of various particle matter, such as salt and citric acid, as well as acids such as vinegar.
Please help these budding scientists protect their eyes. They are extremely inquisitive about the world around them, but we want to teach them how to pursue knowledge safely using the proper tools.
The goggles we have in class currently are many years old and are both scratched and worn. Replacement of the goggles will allow my students to continue to investigate materials, their properties, and what happens when different materials interact.
