My Project

I teach fifty 4th-grade students at a city public school, many of whom are English Language Learners. Despite the challenges they may face, they bring an incredible enthusiasm for learning, and their determination to succeed is truly inspiring.

I love how curious and eager my students are to learn.

Each day, they bring a unique perspective, a ton of energy, and an enthusiasm that makes teaching so rewarding. The resources I’m asking for, like new reading books, will give them the tools to unlock their potential. These books will not only expose them to new ideas and experiences but also help them develop stronger reading skills, improve their comprehension, and foster independent thinking. With every page they turn, they’ll be one step closer to becoming more confident, lifelong readers.
