My Students
My students, or as I call them my super friends, are a group of loving, hilarious, and outspoken 4-year-olds. Being residents of Ward 8 (SE DC), they are often not given the resources and opportunities afforded to public school students in the NW and NE quadrants of DC, especially when it comes to STEAM learning. This year we strive to cultivate critical thinkers at an early age and look forward to seeing our scholars grow this year! Thank you again!
My Project
We truly appreciate the support for our previous campaign. The materials bought previously will be a tremendous help to me in the classroom. The materials needed on this campaign will continue to help me align the students' academic needs to curriculum standards.
The hands-on bolts for counting, the early learning center box, as well as the create the letter sheets will help me get these young active learners ready for kindergarten properly.
My super friends love play doh, and I am so excited to see them create their letters with their favorite sensory material. Thank you for any support we receive!
