Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Dr. Seuss so wonderfully proclaimed, "The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you'll go." My students are eager to learn how to read on their own! We can help by providing the resources they need to reach their goals.
Scholastic News is of the best current event magazines that could expose students to what’s happening in the world and develop their ideas about those topics.
Each student has their own individual thoughts that need to be developed through reading, research, and discussion. This helps each student understand what is going on in the world and why. These Scholastic News and Let's Find Out magazines would help my students explore these great skills! I am also asking for multiple copies of a graduation book that each of my students can enjoy over the summer while getting ready for first grade!
