My Students

A typical day consists of individual counseling sessions, group counseling sessions and classroom guidance lessons. I love working with students to address academic, personal/social and career development needs!

I work at an elementary school with approximately 300 students in grades PreK - 5.

I am lucky to work with every student in my school through individual counseling sessions, group counseling sessions, and classroom guidance lessons. My students are bright and energetic. Many come from single-parent homes and military families. My students also require support services, including, but not limited to school counseling services, school-based clinician services, speech language services, educational support team services, 504 services, and special education services.

My Project

When you have had a computer for a few years, space gets extremely limited and the computer begins to run slower and slower. Having a computer running slow during meetings, it makes it very difficult to stay on track with time.

Having an external hard drive would make it easier to keep our new computer lasting longer and help meetings with parents run smoother and be successful.

Many students send me work to add to their portfolio or speeches to share with their parents. Every meeting we have, there are pages of paperwork to type up and for parents to sign. Having an external hard drive would provide room for all students paperwork and classwork to share with parents, teachers, and students.
