Extending the Learning in Computer Science

Help me give my students the necessary tools to continue building their learning in computer science that will make them successful in this 21st century learning environment.

My Project

Having another set of 10 micro:bits kits will ensure that there are enough kits for each child in every classroom. This will also allow each student to practice physical computing at the same time and not have to take turns. The extra micro:bit battery holders will help to make sure we have enough working pieces in each kit, as over time the wires don't always hold up.

This will be my second year as the computer science teacher and each of these materials will help to build the computer science classes for grade K-6.

The Ozobot crawlers will enhance students understanding of how Ozobots work and extend their learning with what an Ozobot can do. The Ozobot markers will ensure that students in lower grades will have working tools to help learn about color coding.
