Extended Learning at Home

Help me give my students the materials they need to continue to learn at home. White boards and other materials will be used during our Go To Meetings as well as activities they will work on at home.

My Students

Due to the coronavirus pandemic we had to close our school per the governors mandate. Our children are now learning from their own homes. The families we have in our program are all considered low-income so their resources are limited. Learning can't end just because our school buildings have shut down.

As we embark on our new journey together we are finding new ways to learn.

We are sending home activities for families to do with their child as well as Go To Meetings and posting lessons on Facebook.

My Project

Help me to give our students materials that they can use at home to continue their learning despite the Covid 19 Panademic. The materials will be used in our Go To Meetings for the children to activity learn letter recognition, letter sounds and letter formation. The materials will also be used in activities the children are to complete at home to practice number recognition, counting, addition, subtraction and number formation.

This summer our students will continue to use these materials to practice all of the skills they will need to excel in kindergarten in the fall.
