Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My preschool classroom is in need of art materials to enhance my students' creativity and self-expression especially those who are non-verbal with (IEP’s) Individualized Educational Plans. My current supplies are limited and I would like to expand our Art Area with finger paints, Kwik sticks, rubbing plates, colored play-dough, various types of beads and paper. These items will definitely make our Art Area more inviting.

Art is an important aspect of a child's development and I believe that providing my students with a variety of materials will help them to better explore their imagination and develop their fine motor skills.

With your support, I can provide my students with the tools they need to create beautiful and meaningful art.
