This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As we know, students love to tell stories and talk! However, due to forever changing technology - students are ditching writing down their thoughts and ideas and are turning to features such as speech to text and other tech applications. Which is why I am stressing the importance of writing this year. It’s so important that students are able to write down what they’re thinking and have learned. With these Beginning Writers Notebooks, I will be able to show my first graders how to correctly write and form letters to be better writers!
