Help me give my students the opportunity to explore learning with the use of expressing their feelings, sharing how they are learning either with their voice or the use of writing down on whiteboards.
Students in my classroom communicate in different ways with the use of sign language, communication devices, and oral speech. Since the pandemic, I have had to be resourceful for my students to express their emotions.
With the use of whiteboards, emotion posters, and the use of picture choice communication, my students have been able to express their thoughts to staff and students.
The tools that I have had to be resourceful in finding have been very beneficial for them to express to staff and peers how they are feeling each day when I greet them on arrival to school.
