My Students

Our school is a special place - on paper the same as many - but in reality like no other.

We serve students in grades 9-12 often from troubled backgrounds, families plagued with abuse, neglect, drugs, gangs, and violence, and/or emotional and learning disabilities- special needs that prohibit their success in a traditional high school setting; for these students,​ we offer a safe, supportive atmosphere with personalized instruction.

We are an alternative high school based on philosophies that teach our students the values and skills necessary to succeed in a diverse and ever-changing global society. We strive to create an atmosphere of high expectations and joyful learning where students are encouraged to work together, take academic risks, think critically, and pursue successful careers and higher education. We strive to convey and instill in our students the knowledge and experiences they need to live happy, healthy, and productive lives.

My Project

We have dry erase paddles in our classroom for use in playing games, competitions and everyday group and individual classwork.

Now we need a good set of Expo Markers to write on them and a set of Expo Erasers and Microfiber Cloths to clean them with; we need Expo Markers, Expo Erasers and Microfiber Cloths to Dry Erase Our White Board Educational World; we love using our Dry Erase Paddles in our classroom - but we need Expo supplies to keep using them; having White Board Paddles as educational tools in our classroom is great, but in order to sustain their use - we need Expo Supplies!
