My Project

My 1st graders are eager learners who love coming to school every day.

Our Knowledge block is one of the parts of our day that they love the most - next up is Astronomy - where they will study the Sun, Moon, stars, constellations, planets and more!

My first graders are fascinated by space! The galaxy light, and moon lamp that will help to set the tone for our astronomy unit!

The moon lamp is based on NASA scans and my students are going to love to see the details of the moon up close!

The books will help provide them with a deeper understanding of outer space and the planets. The stickers and planet props will make our celebration more exciting at the end of the unit!

Ms. Beakey will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by May 21.
