My Project

I am asking for center activities and manipulatives that will make my centers a place that kindergartners do not want to leave. These items will be incorporated into my curriculum to improve cooperative learning and to motivate and extend learning. This project will allow me to find games that are skill specific on my students' ability levels.

We will use the Creativity Sensory bins and Super Sand Set to develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

The Bubble Machine and Disco Lights will be used to create a time to reward student accomplishments and give students a brain break. Literacy activities will also be added to reinforce CVC skills that are being taught throughout the year.

Activities will change and increase in difficulty as the students progress with learning concepts throughout the year. You will also be motivating my students to practice kindergarten hands-on learning in a way in which kindergarteners learn best.
