My Project

Our project, "Exploring Hawaii's Natural Wonders: Equipping Students with Science Tools," aims to immerse our first-grade students in the fascinating world of Hawaiian wildlife and ecosystems. With your support, we will provide essential science and exploration tools such as magnifying glasses, specimen containers, and nature exploration kits. These tools will enable our students, including those with special needs, to engage hands-on with the unique biodiversity of Hawaii, fostering curiosity, scientific inquiry, and a deeper appreciation for nature. By studying local flora and fauna up close, students will develop critical observation skills and a sense of environmental stewardship.

Through this project, we aim to enhance our students' learning experiences by integrating science tools into a thematic unit focused on Hawaiian wildlife.

Our goal is to make learning more accessible and engaging for all students, including those with diverse learning needs. By providing these tools, we seek to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and a deeper understanding of Hawaii's natural heritage.
