Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Many of my students are very artistic and hands on learners. They have great ideas but need the necessary resources to make their ideas a reality.

This project will help our school’s Media Center provide tools for students to explore and learn new skills and techniques that they can use to become future entrepreneurs as they create and bring their ideas to life.

Having sublimation blanks on hand for the students to create and publish their ideas will help them achieve this goal.

The primary goal of our Media Center is to provide an academic space that simultaneously promotes an inviting and safe learning environment for all learners while also providing unlimited opportunities for students to explore possible future careers.

Our 9th Grade students deserve opportunities to be artistic and explore using new tools to better themselves in a safe space without financial restraints. The Media Center is open for all students. Our Maker is already equipped with a sublimation printer and devices for students to create their ideas. All we need now are sublimation blanks to print their creations into reality. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
