My Students

My class is filled with excited, gifted learners who crave new learning experiences. We research, build, debate, and learn about the remarkable world in which we live.

Learning to interact with the world around them is crucial in helping students develop intellectually with curiosity and empathy.

Each student has a different style of learning with strengths and weaknesses. Through meaningful learning experiences, their strengths shine and give them encouragement and a better sense of who they are as people and as learners.

My job is to facilitate that experience for them and make sure they have plenty of opportunities to show their interests and learning.

My Project

Having a human model in the classroom will be exciting for my students, especially since they will be able to manipulate the parts by taking the model apart and putting it back together again.

My hope is that having a model of the human body in our classroom will inspire my students to explore and instill in them a sense of wonder about human biology.

It is important for children to know the workings of their bodies and how each organ has an important function in an elaborate well-made system.
