Help me give my students the best experience in learning about fractions in third grade.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Avelino's classroom raised $167
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Using these big, amazing, colorful magnets will help all my students to explore, learn, manipula te fractions together! Using them on the whiteboard lets the students manipulate them, which will help them understand the concept.
Using the card games will boost their fraction skills in every match.
They will be able to play in teams or individually to identify the word and number form. Playing with different grades of difficulty will help to improve their progress and achieve their goals.
Finally, using the equivalency puzzles, they will practice expressing those fractions in different ways!
