My Project

There is nothing greater than watching my students' eyes light up when they are exploring the amazing world of science. Some concepts in science can be very abstract, so using hands-on activities to bring the ideas to life helps when engaging students in their learning. Observing new phenomena can bring about questions and discussions that are not likely to happen when students learn only from textbooks. My goal for this project is to provide equipment to be used with our new Earth Science standards to help my students have fun while learning and practicing scientific investigations.
