My Project
What I love most about my students is their resilience and determination to grow, despite the challenges they've faced. Each day, they walk into the classroom ready to learn, even though many of them have had to adjust to significant changes. Before I became their teacher, my class experienced a constant turnover of educators — four different teachers in a short period of time. This instability had a major impact on both their behavior and academic performance.
Since joining them, I’ve worked hard to build consistency, trust, and high expectations.
The transformation has been incredible. My students have made a complete 360° turnaround. Their behavior has improved dramatically, their confidence is growing, and most importantly, their grades are on the rise. They are engaged, motivated, and truly beginning to see themselves as successful learners.
The resources I am requesting will not only support their continued academic growth but also provide them with a much-needed cultural experience and a well-earned celebration of how far they’ve come. These experiences are more than just rewards — they are affirmations of their progress, reflections of their hard work, and opportunities to inspire even greater achievement.
