Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Many of my students speak English as a second language. At our school we are a Dual Language Immersion school. They struggle with not having the resources available to explore new technologies. I strive to give my students the most for their education and time spent at school.
I teach STEM to Kindergarten to 5th grade students to help them build their creativity, think out side of the box, and explore new skills in Technology and Engineering.
Please help me to bring new coding activities/devices to my classroom as well as classroom supplies to help explore our new STEM Careers Curriculum. Thanks for all your support!!
My Project
I am very eager to introduce my students to the world of coding and robotics. So many jobs today require a knowledge about coding. I want to give my students a head start. The students will have the chance to being to learn about coding using robot that don’t require a computer to code.
The Code and Go Mouse and the Ozobot are great devices to introduce the students to the ease and simplicity of coding.
My students will love the new challenges coding introduces them to.
