This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am looking to have my students use chromebooks less in the classroom and appreciate using books instead. I'm building up a library of art books so that my students can learn from source materials that are not technology based. My students will use these materials to go along with a lesson and explore different techniques outside of what I show them. I have amazing and driven students and many of them like to push themselves to learn more than what I show them. Having some extra resources that is available to them would benefit the class greatly. It's my hope that they can further their talents by voluntarily work at home, refining projects, and thinking outside the box with the lessons.
