My Project

Instilling a love of the Arts is so important to give my students a full scope of learning. Right brain or the creative side is used to expand students’ points of view and scope of reference.

Students would be over the moon experimenting with the new tools for textures, carvings, and unique glazes for amazing effects!

Use of watercolors, metallics, and paint pens gives these artists a vast selection of choice for their pieces. Choice helps them to stay engaged and interested in creating and innovating when working on their projects.

-Tracing paper and markers for transferring images to clay.

-Gem glazes heated in the kiln for bursts of color on their projects.

-Fan brushes for even application of glazes and paint.

-Texture tools for tactile interest on the containers and sculptures they create.

-Moving glazes to surprise the viewer and the artist with stunning effects.

-Metallic paint to add a patina to the surface.

-Carving tools to perfect the designs drawn on paper to bring them to life on the object.
