My Project
Preschoolers have little hands but huge imaginations and these supplies will make the word experiment come to life in my STEAM themed classroom.
Creativity reveals emotions and sensory input releases anxiety… so let’s calmly enjoy the benefits of science.
We will plant a flower and pizza garden as our first lesson to provide hands on science.
Primary colors, small sized durable equipment, bubbling liquids, sensory materials and enthusiasm will engage these students with special needs for hours of learning. Experiments and gardening provide activities for learning through our senses: seeing colors, feeling weight, measuring plants and even tasting and smelling class grown vegetables and herbs.
