Experimenting, Exploring, Creating and Coding With Osmo
Help me give my students Osmo, a groundbreaking technology system that bridges the real and digital realms. It will change the way our students learn and play.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
The students in our K-5 building love to learn! They walk into our building every day ready to be engaged and fill their brains with new knowledge. The students in our school come from a variety of backgrounds. These students are ready for the 21st-century learning environment that helps them develop skills. These skills will prepare them for what the future holds.
I teach on a Title I campus, which means many of the students come from low-income households, and 90% of the school gets free or reduced-price lunch.
Many of my students were severely impacted by Hurricane Harvey last August. Many students have been displaced and are still displaced from the hurricane.
My students have really big hearts and care a lot for each other. They love to learn and tell others all about the learning that they have done.
My Project
Transforming how children learn, Osmo merges tactile exploration with innovative technology, actively engaging children in the learning process. Osmo has been adopted in over 30,000 classrooms in 42 countries around the world. Help my classroom to be one of them. It will change the way students collaborate, create, think critically, and communicate.
Osmo's reflective, artificial intelligence bridges the real and digital realms, bringing lesson plans to life and creating an interactive experience for all students throughout every Tier of Instruction, 1-3.
The Osmo Learning System is ideal for any classroom deploying independent learning, small-group instruction, and centers. It will help my young learners to explore math and literacy skills at the pace and level that they need to be successful. My students will be actively engaged, looking forward to independent, small group or centers with Osmo. Please help me make this a reality. Thank you so much for your support!!!!!
