it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Imagine being in a full immersion foreign language classroom. All around you, spoken words, text, charts...all in a language very different from yours. Not a comfortable feeling, right? Now imagine that same classroom with a wealth of photos and images to help you understand not only a new language but also a new environment and culture. A much better feeling, correct? That's the kind of classroom I want my students to have access to, and with your help, with a new color printer and ink, anchor charts, illustrated vocabulary cards and many other excellent visual aids can be accessible in color.
