Help me give my students a simple way to practice coding while teaching them deductive reasoning skills as they expand their imagination with an Ozobot.

My students are fighting a battle harder than most. In our rural, high-poverty area, my students are met with challenges at home and in the real world. I enjoy how they entered the classroom eager and ready to learn. They seem curious, enthusiastic, and creative; as my students are eager to immerse themselves in any kind of challenge. During our entrance back in the building, I see the curiosity in their eyes as if they will even pass this course. We were at the bottom 6 percent of failing schools in our state. With or without Title I-funding, it seems as if we cannot move forward. Just to see my students' smiling faces as if they have no worries, ease the facts of reality. These students are a blessing in more ways than one.
My students are always looking for ways to expand their knowledge. They are special because they ask or make suggestions for what they want to learn. Most students are content with what the curriculum offers, however, this group of advanced students always want more. This Ozobot will provide these students ways to expand their imagination which could lead to a future career in computer science. I will continue to guide these students; however, I believe that they will eventually teach me in return. As this product increases engagement in the classroom, it will also increase potential CS majors in colleges.
