This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very passionate about music. Every class they want to know a little more and expand their music knowledge. This new instrument will be the culmination of a 2 year xylophone practice that we have been developing together. They have mastered and learned a lot of songs from different music genres. Every step of the way has been a joy for them, and for me!

I am called to share my music passion as a teacher and I love making their talents shine every time they present a new song in the school!

This instrument will complete our xylophone ensemble as it expands the music sonority range of the pieces we can play. It will be the joy of their music class.

Mrs. Padron will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by September 1.
