Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading phones will be used as an essential tool to use while reading independently and in small group. This allows students to really hear themselves sound out words, helping strengthen their phonics skills. With headphones my students will be able to work independently using their chromebooks during centers. Most of my students can not afford to buy their own headphones and they would greatly appreciate having this resource to be able to listen to audio books and complete their reading activities. I love incorporating unique ways for my students to strengthen their reading skills and my students do as well!
