Cardio drumming is a new way to improve our cardio, upper body strength and endurance, and our mental health. With your help, my students will be able to participate in Cardio Drumming! Cardio Drumming is an exciting physical activity that combines mental health benefits of drumming with the overall health benefits of physical fitness for a full body workout!
Cardio Drumming is a fun, fast-paced way for my students to increase their heart rate and improve rhythm during their Physical Education class.
Cardio Drumming has been found to be not only a good physical workout but also good to relieve stress, improve mood, and improve cognitive function. My favorite part of this project is that all of my students, regardless of physical abilities, will be able to participate in a meaningful way. We will practice and perform pre-made routines, as well as create some of our own!
Students will improve their cardio endurance and interpersonal skills, while enhancing their knowledge of rhythms.
