This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease, cancer and Type 2 diabetes.
Students need to run and play football, basketball and soccer to get healthy every day at school.
Every day after school we need to play sports for a couple of hours. The weather is warming up and students need to be outside running and playing. If they go home, they eat and play on their computer.
Please help our students get exercise.
We need whistles, socks, shoes, shirts, shorts, bags, footballs, basketballs and soccer balls to keep our students physically active.
