This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my students don’t have a chance to visit the library either due to transportation or their parents are working and then the library closes. I love that even though all of my students are reading a few grade levels below that they have a love for chapter books! They love these book sets. I want to continue to build on that momentum to help them improve their reading because a lot are struggling and prefer to read to themselves. I love classroom libraries because they give students a chance to read something that interests them. Please bless my ESE and ESOL students with an opportunity to read these wonderful and exciting books I’ve selected. Books that will help motivate them to read. Thank you!
