These engaging materials will be used to encourage the students to learn to write, learn letter names, and learn letter sounds. These materials will provide a variety of activities to keep our preschoolers engaged and enjoying learning all these new skills.
Magnetic wipe boards by themselves can help the students gain small muscle control.
With the addition of the writing and letter practice cards, they can being using those small muscles to create accurate lines and curves needed to write letters and numbers.
The drying rack and trays will be used by filling the trays with materials such as sand for the students to practice their writing skills as well. They can make letters or practice creating different types of lines. These materials will be used during small group instruction and during free time in the classroom.
