My students need a Visual Presenter to have a closer view of the shared lesson to fully embrace their education through technology and humanity.
This project expired on January 16, 2014.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Did you always want to shove your way to the front to see closer, but feel too polite or shy and end up in the back row, blocked, but unscathed? The ELMO technology will help all students have the 'front of the crowd' view with plenty of room to breathe! Technology WILL bring us closer!
My students are all caring, inspiring individuals who are really motivated to learn the most they can, be respectful, and embrace our unique community.
Learning Gate Community School is a place that inspires a commitment to the earth, the future, and sustainable living. We are here to value compassion, the environment, and our community.
The ELMO technology will help bring the learning to the student. We can create arrays and then act out the distributive property and other hands-on and student-viewed, real world demonstrations. Turning science into art and math; sketch live insects and then create a multiplication and division fact family to support the number of total legs! Watch it happen live! The ELMO technology engages the student by providing them with the best view possible!
I am looking forward to incorporating this amazing and portable technology into my classroom!
We can save paper by demonstrating lessons in real time, we can facilitate remote learning through recording lessons, and we can all feel like we are viewing the action LIVE and up close!
