My Project

I'm excited about starting my 27th year in my teaching career. This year will be exceptionally interesting, as I'll teach a new math curriculum. Imagine Learning. The Imagine Learning curriculum is driven by student discourse.

With the Imagine Learning curriculum, students learn by doing math through solving problems, developing conceptual understanding, and discussing and defending their reasoning.

The new colorful math symbol/ term poster, the cardboard shields, colorful rulers, the counting numbers timetable wall charts, my dry-erase boards, dry-erase markers, and the colorful lined sticky notes, will provide an easy way to promote creativity and encourage teamwork. In addition, these student-friendly resources will foster positive feedback and discourse while learning, and enable students to differentiate the content. The one-touch stapler and the adhesive dots will allow me to decorate my classroom, with the new curriculum anchor charts, with ease.

Since we also adore our classroom therapy Guinea Pigs, I requested a starter supply of food for them. Their Diet must consist of timothy hay and nutritious seeds, which are a good daily source of fiber. In addition, to making sure our pets are healthy and clean, we must also make sure our classroom is clean and germ-free as well. Lysol wipes, and some air fresheners, always make our classroom smell great and inviting. Thank you in advance for your generosity, and for helping us get a great start for our exciting New Year!
