This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are full of amazing potential. They are smart, artistic, creative and love hands-on projects. I receive more from them than I could ever give.

My students have many sensory needs that have to be fulfilled in order for them to be successful academically.

A digital classroom environment that helps fill sensory needs is so very important. Creating a digital classroom that the students can make their own helps them to feel safe and engaged each day.

Even with these needs, my students are amazing individuals that look forward to coming to class each day. They enjoy reading, learning letters, and finding their individual unique talents along the way. They learn best with hands-on and engaging activities.

My Project

These gift cards will help me to produce the exceptional on-line learning experience that I wish to provide for my students. All of my students require additional supports in their learning experience. Digital supports fill in gaps.

My students all have exceptionalities of varying degrees.

I need additional digital supports to enhance their on-line learning and give them an exceptional experience.

This year has given us so many challenges. I want to give my students the best chance to thrive and meet their goals this year, even during virtual learning.
