Help me give my students K-12 intervention training to implement reading intervention efficiently, whiteboards and dry erase markers are needed. I will be training in linguistic phonics while they learn alongside me.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
EBLI is Structured linguistic literacy: an accelerated, systematic, explicit and integrated instructional speech-fist approach to spelling and reading. I’m trying to get training to provide the best reading instruction I can for my students with learning disabilities. EBLI teachers teach reading, spelling, writing and handwriting simultaneously which fast tracks student improvement. EBLI instruction results in closing the literacy gap effectively and efficiently.
Speech-first instruction teaches concepts in a logical, effective, easy to integrate manner.
The EBLI methodology provides everything teachers need to address phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, spelling and writing. All my students will need whiteboards and dry erase markers to get going with linguistic phonics instruction.
