My Project

I mentor and coach an FLL Challenge, FTC, and FRC team. My kids love the experiences they have had and will continue to have. One project the kids are trying to do is to spread the love of FIRST and robotics to all students in our school district.

We need help spreading FIRST to our pre-k -3rd graders.

Our school has outdated robotics sets in our pre-k through 3rd grade classes. We would love to upgrade their material to something that is much more appropriate. The kids deserve the best and that is what myself and my teams want to help happen. By upgrading their robots we will be able to help them enjoy FIRST Lego League Discover and Explore. Every student that has been on my teams loves all of the things they have learned and been a part of with FIRST and we desperately want to help more students have these experiences.

By upgrading their kits to newer material they will be able to experience more relevant learning opportunities.
