Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Preschool is a very hands on learning. Getting the monkey and frog scales allow for us to have to small groups going on at the same time, but we will be able to differentiate our activities to best meet our students needs. The magnetic tiles will help us to see if what we are teaching in our small groups are being understood by how the students use the tiles. Building and measuring the tiles and comparing the structures will help to hear if the students use and understand the language used in math small group.

In preschool we encourage our students to use their imagination as well as using a hands-on approach.

We want our students to have the opportunity to also use tools in our classroom where we can watch them and ensure that they are using safety precautions. By receiving the drill and screwdriver kits it will allow us to teach all children how to use tools safely. Thank you for taking the time to help the kids in my classroom now and for years to come.
