Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
3rd and 4th graders are a lot of fun. Our students learn in many different ways using all of our senses and multiple intelligences. We use a wide range of techniques to help all the students succeed no matter what their level. Our students attend a Title I school. Most of the students come from families from low socioeconomic status, with over 70% of our students receiving free lunch. Our school is also one of the most ethnically diverse schools in our state. Our school is a caring community of successful learners which can be seen through collaborative student project-based learning in and out of the classroom.
My Project
Our small class is in need of a few materials to make this year go more smoothly!
Personal pencil cases are needed so students can avoid touching the same items!
We need them to have personal scissors and erasers to avoid passing germs and make working at their desk easier.
The laminator will be needed to help laminate and make durable lasting signs, games, posters and etc. The paper cutter can help all the adults in the room to cut with ease and make it a faster process! We want to make this school year as easy as possible! And of course, paper towel rolls are always needed! Thank you!!
