This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At Zia Middle School, my students and I are in need of assistance with everyday essentials, such as pencils and Kleenex. It might sound trivial, but considering the quantity of pencils we go through, I sometimes feel like I should be buying stock in them!

The demand for these essential supplies is significant, impacting our ability to fully participate in educational activities.

Your support in providing these basic items will contribute immensely to the success of our classroom projects and daily learning experiences. Having them readily available will help keep my students on task with little being wasted looking around for pencils or borrowing them.

With allergy season upon us, the need for Kleenex is particularly high. Unfortunately, I struggle to keep up with the demand for these little tissues. Industrial paper towels for blowing your nose is not the standard I am looking to set in my class.
