This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items are supplies that we consume daily in our autistic support classroom. Towards the end of the school year it becomes evident what we will run out of before summer and what we will need to start the next school year successfully. Lessons that have students create activities independently are a way teachers know they have brought their idea to life and will foster continued success in teaching. While simple supplies seem mundane or easily accessible for a classroom, it is harder to find these materials in the middle or end of the year without purchasing it ourselves, especially in bulk quantities.
