Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every child deserves the confidence of a healthy smile and our school community is no exception. Many of our students come from diverse backgrounds where access to basic dental supplies may be limited. With your support, I aim to ensure that every child in our school has the tools they need to build strong teeth and healthy habits.
This project will provide toothbrushes for all ages—toddlers, kids, and adults—to accommodate every student and even their families when needed.
To make dental care more appealing, I’m requesting toothpaste in two fun flavors, offering choice and encouragement to brush. Floss picks will also be included to teach students about the importance of cleaning between teeth, helping them develop lifelong hygiene habits.
By supplying these essential items, we can promote not just dental health but also confidence and well-being across our entire school community. Together, we can empower our students to smile brightly, focus on learning, and grow into healthy, happy individuals.
