My Project

My co-teacher and I are teachers of an amazing group of third grade students with diverse interests and learning abilities.

This new laptop will replace a very old, outdated, and slow-moving laptop that is connected to the SMART Board in our classroom.

That is the main piece of technology that we depend on for our in class instruction. This new and improved laptop will be hooked up to our SMART Board.

Our students will benefit from a reliable and faster moving laptop while we are in the classroom. With a new laptop, there will be less wait time and lag in pulling up a lesson to display on the SMART Board for our learners.

Our students will also benefit because while we are using the Google platform, we can project their "live" work in progress right onto the SMART Board for quicker accessibility in whole-class sharing and peer interaction. This new laptop will benefit us in so many mays and will limit our wait time for beginning lessons. Every minute in the classroom is valuable. Who has time to wait for a really slow computer to load?
