My Project

Hello I am brand new to being a classroom teacher in 1st grade for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. I am very excited to teach these kiddos but I need your help! My classroom library that I currently have is very small and limited to mostly older children. I desperately want to provide my new students with a leveled library that provides confidentiality to students where I can assign them a letter of the alphabet and they know which book bin to access during free reading time. This allows them to read independently and successfully. This will build student confidence, help them sharpen their skills, and help them fall in love with reading instead of hating it or being embarrassed (especially for our approaching readers). Please help this leveled classroom library dream come true for my classroom next year. Thank you!
