My Students

My students enter my room every day with smiles on their faces and ready to learn. Their joy is contagious, and you would never know the lives they come from. Even though we are on the coast, my students still face a lot of adversity. We are a school in a high poverty area with a 100% free and reduced-price lunch population.

Even though my students face personal adversity, they come to school ready and happy to learn.

My students love to read, draw and learn about science and technology. They are an amazing group of kids.

My Project

My current students are amazing. They have had to adapt to so many new changes, but they are resilient. My current chairs, which were perfect for tables are no longer perfect. They don't fit underneath our desks which require my students to be creative to be comfortable. They are doing well, but I know new chairs would be beneficial for them.

With so many changes this year, please help donate for my students.

They want to be comfortable, and currently they aren't. There is a lot of adjusting so they can focus on their work. They have dealt with so much this year, please consider helping them. Normally, we would ask the district to help with this expense, however, we are currently are building a new junior high and just finished a new elementary school for our area. As you can imagine, the funds simple aren't there. Please consider donating towards this wonderful group of students. They are so appreciative of every little thing. I know they would love new chairs!
