My Project

I am thrilled to begin the new academic year with my little artists! I teach visual art in grades K-5, and this year the majority of my students have special needs.

I would love to create a studio/center within my art room, with a bookcase where I can organize my art books; a carpet for students to sit or lie down and read; and an easel where students can paint their feelings and ideas on a canvas.

This center will be a very special, rewarding, and motivating space for my students.
