My Students

Our second grade is an integrated class with children who are learning how they can make a difference in the world at their young age! We have a variety of needs in the class and strive to meet each and every one of those! Since we are integrated, some have special education and medical needs. Many are ADHD/ADD with various needs.

Our classroom used to be a place for students to feel safe, accepted, successful and know that they can make a difference in the world around them.

Now, the students are home trying to figure this all out on their own. Some are with older siblings for the whole day who are struggling to complete their own work, not to mention helping a 2nd grader with theirs! Some have to wait until late at night to work with their parents. It is very hard to support them emotionally and academically from a distance.

My Project

These materials are digitally based so I can deliver them using what platform I feel is the best. Due to the nature of my class, I need to purchase materials on different grade levels to meet each child's needs academically.

Teachers Pay Teachers is a site that has a variety of materials on all subjects at all levels.

It is a wealth of curriculum at my fingertips that I can't wait to be able to use to help my students. Please help me support my students from a distance in the way they deserve!
