My Students

My classroom is made up of 21 wonderful kindergarten students. They are hands on learners and enjoy anything math! They love to understand the how and why, even in math! Having hands on math materials will give the students the opportunity to understand the how and why of math.

Students will engage in learning through hands on math activities.

I am looking forward to making these activities available to my students. We will receive math manipulatives and number talks.

My Project

The ETA Math Fluency Kit will help me revamp my math lessons in class. The kit includes number talks, number strings, and manipulatives to take math lessons away from the paper and pencil and into the hands of students.

This will help students develop numeracy and numerical concepts.

The ETA Math Fluency kit is needed to help my students develop a better sense of math and math concepts. This will help set the foundation in kindergarten for a life long love of math. Help develop the minds of our future engineers and scientists!
