This project is fully funded
I am the very proud teacher of 24 lovely third and fourth grade students at Cleveland Elementary School located in Washington, DC.
Although considered a low income school, my students are high achievers. I have had the pleasure of teaching this group of students for the past three years. They are involved in a dual language program in which they are learning to speak Spanish fluently. They are instructed in all subject areas in both languages. My students are very hard workers.
While I work very hard to provide my students with an enriching learning experience, it is sometimes very difficult to do so without the necessary classroom supplies.
The items that I am most in need of include ink cartridges for the classroom printer, student folders, dry erase board cleaner and markers, a teacher's apron, an electric pencil sharpener and pencils, to name a few.
While other schools may be able to ask parents for classroom donations such as these, our parents simply cannot afford to assist teachers in this manner. Your donation would be very much appreciated. Thank you for considering my proposal.
