My Project
My students enjoy our STEAM Lab but often do not have essential supplies like pencils, erasers, meter sticks, protractors, glue and binders. Having the right supplies makes our STEAM Lab activities more productive. Every year supplies are used up, run out and need to be replenished.
Most of my students do not have essential daily supplies, let alone extra supplies for lab, projects or data collection.
Having these essential supplies makes all the difference. Pencils, glue, erasers and other essential classroom supplies are the most needed supplies every single year.
We have an electric pass system for restroom, nurse and office passes but I have to stop in the middle of class to issue one, a 2D bar code reader will allow students to scan in and out without having to stop the teacher from helping others or disrupt lecture.
